I'm a personal trainer based in NYC, specializing in strength training and Olympic Weightlifting. I offer in-person and remote coaching and help clients achieve goals from improved strength and technique to overall fitness. I combine personal guidance with structured workouts to make clients feel stronger and more confident.   • After 15 years of rock climbing, I knew I needed to do more for my body when I hit 40, so I started lifting with Andy's help. After a few in-person sessions, we transitioned to remote coaching, and since then, I've hit multiple PRs and continue to get stronger every month. Andy tailors my workouts to complement my climbing goals, cycles my training blocks strategically, and safely pushes me to my limits. I never have to think about my programming--he handles it all, and I've never been more confident in my strength and fitness.

  • Sharing this review in case it helps others who probably might be in the same state I was in few months ago - thinking about getting a trainer and struggling to find someone and some place that would make PT worth it. I've been working with Andy for 3 months so far and I'm so happy I looked into personal training! I wake up at 6AM for 7AM sessions and it's not always easy. However, Andy's energy and dedication of sharing his love for the sport gets me showing up every week (haven't missed a session!)! I see and feel myself getting stronger and honestly I've been loving learning a new way to train with olympic weightlifting. it feels like I'm just there learning and having fun versus dragging myself through an hour long workout. I'm happy with it so far! Location is also easy to get to and made up of great people which is an added plus! Pro tip: Try the intro pack so you can see for yourself how great working with Andy is.

  • 10/10 would recommend working out with Andy!! He is an amazing trainer and human being. He has helped me improve my form, confidence and strength with compound lifts. Additionally he has helped me improve my muscle endurance and conditioning with his curated workouts with an emphasis on reps and explosiveness.
