What types of personal training do you offer?
I specialize in Strength Training and Olympic Weightlifting. I work with all fitness levels, from teaching Strength Training basics to coaching athletes for Olympic Weightlifting competitions.
Do I need prior experience to start personal training?
No experience necessary! As long as we vibe, we’re good to go. I’ll transform your life.
How are training sessions structured?
Training structure varies immensely. Some people want to learn, others need a drill sergeant, and some have highly specific goals. At the end of the day, my objective is to improve your physical capabilities and performance. I want people who haven’t seen you in a while to say, “Wow, you look good!”
Where do the training sessions take place?
My primary training facility is in Long Island City. I also offer Travel-to-You services and can train at private facilities or apartment gyms.
How often should I train per week?
Once a week to feel better.
Twice a week to notice performance changes.
Three times a week for aesthetic goals.
Four times a week as a serious athlete.

Do you offer nutritional guidance?
You have questions, and I have all the answers. From how many calories to eat and what your macronutrient ratio should be, to easy meal ideas and how to cook a particular recipe. I’ve gone through my bodybuilding days, I know what it’s like to cut and bulk, and I absolutely love cooking.

Can I train if I have previous injuries?
Yes! I work with athletes who have physiotherapists and other professionals to help them perform at their best in competition. I collaborate with physical therapists all the time and am more than confident in restoring function, strength, and performance.
