FAQ
Where are classes held?
My private facility in Long Island City (address sent after booking).
What’s the max class size?
6 athletes—small enough for individual coaching, big enough for a competitive vibe.
Do I need experience?
Nope. Beginners learn foundations; advanced lifters get technique polish and heavy loads.
What should I bring?
A sharp mind, Olympic Weightlifting is a technical sport and requires intense focus.
What if I’m not strong enough?
Strength isn’t a prerequisite—technique is. We’ll use PVC pipes or empty bars until you’re ready.
Do you program accessory work?
Yes. Classes include mobility drills, pulls, and squats to build your lifts.
Can CrossFitters join?
Yes. Many come to fix their “WOD snatch” and leave hitting PR numbers.
What’s your coaching style?
Direct but not dogmatic. I’ll tell you why we’re doing something. No bro-science, just results.
