How does virtual training work?
We hop on a call (Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp), I analyze your lifts in real time, and give immediate feedback. You’ll get drills, programming, and homework to fix weaknesses.
What equipment do I need?
At minimum: a barbell, plates, and a safe space to lift.
Can beginners really learn Olympic lifting virtually?
Absolutely. I break down every movement step-by-step. You’ll progress faster with direct feedback than guessing with YouTube tutorials.
How often should I book sessions?
1x/week for technique tweaks.
2–3x/week if you’re prepping for competition.
Do you provide programming between sessions?
At an additional cost, yes.
What if my form is terrible?
That’s why you’re here! I’ll identify your biggest leaks and give you the drills to fix them.
Can you help with competition prep?
Yes. I’ve coached national-level lifters remotely. We’ll dial in attempts, peak properly, and manage weigh-ins.
What’s your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice, or you lose the session. No exceptions.
