Absolutely. We’ll start with the basics and progress at a pace that feels safe and effective for you. If you’re working with a physical therapist, I’m happy to coordinate with them so your recovery and training are aligned.

Each session is 60 minutes, with a little extra time at the end to wrap things up. Scheduling is handled through my online booking portal, and you can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours in advance.
