One-on-one strength coaching in the heart of LIC — for beginners learning to lift, anyone chasing weight loss, and people who want to feel strong and confident for life.

Where We Train

In Long Island City you have two options:

  • My studio at Nicely Fit Co — by Court Square, on 21st Street between 44th Road and 44th Avenue. A dedicated, well-equipped space to train distraction-free.

  • Your building gym — I'll come to you. No travel upcharge for locations within walking distance of the 7 train at Queensboro Plaza, Court Square, and Vernon Blvd. Outside that area, a small travel upcharge applies.

I coach clients across Long Island City, including Court Square, Queensboro Plaza, Hunters Point, and around Gantry Plaza State Park.

Who It's For

This is beginner-friendly coaching first and foremost. If you've never touched a barbell, if the gym feels intimidating, or if you want to lose weight and build strength but don't know where to start — you're exactly who I work with. I teach form, the why behind every movement, and how to train safely so you build skills that last.

Pricing

  • Introductory Package: 3 sessions for $400 — the best way to start.

  • 7 sessions for $1,000 ($143/session)

  • 15 sessions for $2,000 ($133/session)

  • Travel-to-you Upcharge applies for building-gym sessions outside the no-charge zone above.

Your First Session

Wear form-fitting clothes and bring water and a hand towel. The first session is all about assessment — I'll evaluate your overall mobility, strength, and conditioning so I can build a plan that fits you exactly. No experience needed, and nothing to be nervous about.

Nutrition Guidance, Included

Nutrition is part of your coaching at no extra cost. I'll listen to what you're eating and suggest small, realistic changes where they'll help. It's about education and smarter choices — not a rigid meal plan you have to white-knuckle.

How It Works
